Day two was WINDY!! We also saw rain and hail. Not the best conditions for picking up litter but we still managed to get 1,586 pieces. We started out picking up 850 pieces of plastic at Jones Beach. Then we found 639 pieces at Sunset beach, although we almost blew away. The weather worsened in the afternoon and we ended up with 97 pieces between two cleanups at Westcliffe Park and Lakeside Park. All in all it was still a successful day!
